Kitten Reservation and Handover Terms
General rules for confirming a reservation, payment, cancellation and kitten handover.
Effective 09.08.2026
These are Adamas Cattery’s general terms. A written agreement identifying the kitten, price and handover arrangements prevails.
Request and confirmation
Submitting a form does not automatically reserve a kitten. A reservation begins only after both parties confirm in writing the particular animal, price, period and payment terms.
Payment and cancellation
The amount, purpose and due date are agreed before payment. Unless a written agreement expressly characterises a payment as a Russian-law deposit and states its terms, it is treated as an advance. Refund and cancellation consequences follow the individual agreement, Articles 380–381 of the Russian Civil Code and mandatory consumer law. An advance is returned in full if the cattery cannot proceed before contract or the kitten cannot be handed over for health reasons, unless another lawful written arrangement applies.
Health and handover
Timing is based on welfare, vaccination and veterinary requirements. At handover the parties verify the kitten, condition, veterinary record, treatments, agreement and any promised pedigree records. The future owner must arrange safe transport, housing, nutrition, veterinary care and humane treatment.
Price, distance sales and disputes
The total price, included services, expenses and delivery are agreed before payment. Mandatory Russian consumer rights, including applicable distance-sale rules, are not restricted. Concerns should be reported promptly with veterinary evidence, without shortening statutory remedies. Written resolution is attempted first, without limiting access to a competent court or authority.
